The year 2023 is drawing to an end, and we went to the Baltic Sea in Hohwacht for our company meeting, as always in November. For the second time this year, all colleagues were able to meet and discuss ideas together. Especially in times of working from home this 10-year tradition is of great importance. As in May, we were able to welcome two new colleagues. In addition to the general facts and figures, there was a presentation of new S4 HANA implementation projects and topics around reporting and analytics.

This meeting focused on the topic of "value work" for an entire day. This exciting and varied discussion was led by our external speaker Dr. Andrea Friedrich (LinkedIn/XING).

We got "slippery weather", typical for a November in the North. But that didn't spoil our good mood. Despite the rain and wind, we went to the beach and even kitesurfed on the stormy Baltic Sea.

Our hosts from the Genueser Schiff were fantastic as always, and everything was perfect!

It was a successful and varied week. There was no shortage of fun – and the weekend afterwards was perfect to relax!
